{"id":57,"date":"2026-07-03T23:58:12","date_gmt":"2026-07-03T23:58:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lavozdelanoticia.com\/?p=57"},"modified":"2026-07-03T23:58:12","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T23:58:12","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-seis-personas-por-presuntos-delitos-contra-la-salud-en-benito-juarez-y-tulum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lavozdelanoticia.com\/noticias\/?p=57","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a seis personas por presuntos delitos contra la salud en Benito Ju\u00e1rez y Tulum"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Quintana Roo.\u2014 La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quintana Roo inform\u00f3 que obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de seis personas por su probable participaci\u00f3n en delitos contra la salud, en su modalidad de narcomenudeo, en los municipios de Benito Ju\u00e1rez y Tulum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Benito Ju\u00e1rez, un juez de Control vincul\u00f3 a proceso a Fernando Guillermo \u201cN\u201d, por el presunto delito de suministro de narc\u00f3ticos, y a C\u00e9sar Eduardo \u201cN\u201d, por presunta posesi\u00f3n con fines de distribuci\u00f3n. Ambos permanecer\u00e1n en prisi\u00f3n preventiva durante el desarrollo del proceso judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, Cel\u00edn David \u201cN\u201d y Efra\u00edn \u201cN\u201d fueron vinculados a proceso por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de suministro de marihuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En otro caso, Nicol\u00e1s \u201cN\u201d fue vinculado a proceso por la presunta posesi\u00f3n de cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otra parte, en Tulum, Juli\u00e1n Adahir \u201cN\u201d fue vinculado a proceso por el presunto delito de posesi\u00f3n simple de marihuana.
